Julie Struthers and Susan Whiten, friends of Fountain of Life from UK donated a thousand pairs of underwear and Gaby Kalaitzis donated TOYS to Fountain of Life last month to assist victims of defilement, rape and sexual assault who come in at the One Stop Center.

The toys are used in the playroom for kids who are too young to talk in counseling or by kids whose parents are in a counseling session. Counselors observe and learn a lot by watching how kids (who are victims) are playing with the toys or the drawings they draw.

The underwear is included in the COMFORT PACKS together with tooth paste, soap, tooth brush, face towel and wrap cloth. Sometimes the victims come in with torn clothes and underwear and have nothing else to change into so the comfort pack really helps them by making them feel clean and cared for.
